Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days once shipped. In most cases, your order should arrive within 4–6 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within The United States & The United Kingdom only. Our aim is to provide the best possible experience locally. If we expand into new regions in the future, we will share the news with our community.
What is your return policy?
If something is not quite right, you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Just email us at info@negine.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
